1. SMS program description

When you schedule an appointment or request information through a form that presents an SMS consent option, you may choose to receive transactional messages from Demo Agent. Messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Rescheduling or cancellation notices.
• Service-related follow-ups.
• Customer-support communications.

Message frequency varies with your appointments and interactions. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

2. Opting out and obtaining help

Reply STOP to an SMS to cancel future SMS messages. A final confirmation may be sent. To rejoin, use the applicable opt-in process again. Reply HELP for assistance or contact Demo Agent at demoagent@trustedproducers.com or (515) 555-0142.

3. Carrier charges and delivery

Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number or email address you provide.

5. Agreement to site terms

Demo Agent publishes this demonstration producer page through Trusted Producers. You may use the page for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law. Automated access that disrupts, damages, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the page or its services is prohibited.

6. Changes

These Terms may be revised as services or legal requirements change. Revised Terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the page and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content, appointment availability, or any insurance outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demo Agent, Trusted Producers, Refined-CRM, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from the page or services under any legal theory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the applicable service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Demo Agent, Trusted Producers, Refined-CRM, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your material violation of these Terms, misuse of the page, or violation of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Third-party services and links

The page may embed or link to services operated by others, including appointment scheduling, communications, carrier, and regulatory websites. We do not control their availability, content, privacy practices, or terms. Review the terms presented by a third-party service before using it.

13. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended if you violate these Terms, misuse the services, threaten security, or engage in unlawful conduct.

14. Governing law and disputes

The governing law, venue, and any arbitration requirement must match the licensed producer’s actual legal entity, principal place of business, and approved customer agreement. Because this is a fictional demonstration profile, those provisions are intentionally not represented as finalized here.
